  • The Essentials package includes two posts per week as a base level of consistency. If you're after something lighter, one-off content or a mini monthly bundle might be a better fit — let’s chat.

  • No worries at all. We can design branded graphics, use curated stock that fits your vibe, or capture custom content if you're based in Hawke’s Bay or nearby. We’ll work with what you’ve got or help you create it.

  • Yep! We handle the lot — visuals, captions, hashtags, scheduling — all tailored to your brand and goals. You’ll always know what’s going out and when.

  • Yes, 100%. You'll receive a content calendar to review and approve each month. Nothing gets posted without your go-ahead.

  • Nope. We focus on organic social only. If you’re after paid ads, we can refer you to some brilliant ad specialists.

  • Yes. Life happens. Just give 4 weeks’ notice before your next billing cycle and we’ll wrap things up smoothly. No drama.

  • Not at all. Reels and stories are powerful, but there are plenty of creative ways to show up without being on camera. That said, if you do want to start using video but feel nervous, We’ve got tips, templates, and support to help.

  • Yes! We offer real content sessions (photos and videos) for businesses based in or around Hawke’s Bay. These can be added to your package or booked as a one-off. They're super relaxed, natural, and designed to make you feel at ease.

  • We craft written content that connects. Think blog posts, newsletters, website copy, captions, email campaigns, video scripts, and more. We also offer visual content like reels, photography, and branded Canva templates to bring your words to life.

  • Absolutely. We’re big on tone. Part of our work is getting to know your brand inside and out. Whether you're polished and professional or cheeky and conversational, we’ll write like you talk.

  • We offer both. You can book a one-off blog, newsletter, or content bundle, or choose ongoing support if you're looking to consistently show up without the scramble.

  • Each blog or newsletter includes strategic topic planning (if needed), keyword-friendly writing, custom formatting, and a strong call to action, all wrapped in your brand voice. We can also add visuals or design layout if requested.

  • We combine your goals with audience insight and strategic content planning. You can come with ideas, or we can develop a content roadmap for you aligned with your audience.

  • Either! Some clients have a running list of content ideas, others just want us to take the wheel. We’re happy to brainstorm and pitch ideas based on your goals, seasonal relevance, and audience needs.

  • We’ll kick things off with a short brief (or a call if needed), map out what’s needed, then get writing. You’ll get a first draft to review, and we include one round of edits to make sure everything feels just right.

  • Turnaround time depends on the scope, but most content is delivered within 1–2 weeks. If you’ve got a tight deadline, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

  • As much or as little as you like. We can run with a short brief, or work collaboratively if you like to be more hands-on. Either way, we keep things easy, streamlined, and respectful of your time.

    A Website Refresh is for when you’ve got the bones of a good site but it needs new life. Think tighter structure, clearer copy, updated visuals, or better flow. We’ll help you figure out which you need.

  • We work across most major website platforms: Squarespace, Wix, Rocketspark, WordPress, Shopify, and more. If you’ve already got something set up, chances are we can work with it. And if you’re starting fresh, we’ll help you choose the best fit.

  • A Website Refresh starts at $1,200 + GST, and a Full Website Build starts at $2,800 + GST. Pricing depends on the size, scope, and any custom needs — we’ll give you a clear quote upfront, no surprises.

  • Absolutely. From broken links to outdated layouts to SEO tweaks, we love a good digital clean-up. It’s often all your site needs to feel fresh again.

  • Yes. We build everything with simplicity in mind and offer a handover walkthrough so you feel confident making basic edits, updates, or adding new content yourself.

  • Yes. We offer ongoing website support through a monthly retainer if you’d like someone on call for updates, tweaks, or content changes. We also offer one-off support sessions if you just need a quick fix or a tidy-up now and then

  • A refresh typically takes 2–3 weeks. A full build usually takes 4–6 weeks from the time we receive everything we need from you. We’ll always give you a timeline and stick to it.

  • Yes. We can help set up your domain, transfer it between providers, or sort out those pesky DNS settings. We’ve done it all (and made it way less stressful for our clients).

  • A newsletter is something you send manually. Think monthly updates, announcements, or offers.
    An automation is something that sends automatically. Think a welcome email, download delivery, or nurture sequence triggered when someone signs up or takes action.

  • We do! Every website or system setup includes a handover walkthrough and screen recording you can refer back to anytime. We want you to feel confident and in control.

  • Yes. We can map and build out welcome sequences, download flows, and custom automations through platforms like MailerLite, ConvertKit, or Flodesk. Need help writing the emails too? We’ve got that covered.
